Reporting to the IRD Manager, the Server is responsible for participating and assisting in all restaurant operations and all personnel for continuous contribution and improvement in revenues and cost controlling as a supporting role. Ensures quality and standards of services are maintained in operations, cleanliness and maintenance of the work areas. The server also works hand in hand with the restaurant management to ensure standards are maintained to positively impact guest experiences in the restaurant’s daily operations.

Core Responsibilities:

§Ensure overall efficiency of In Room Dining operations in satisfying guest needs without complaints
§Support the In Room Dining properly planned stations and equipment to service guests
§Staff will have to consistently focus on continuous improvement through the reduction of defects, increasing guest satisfaction and maximizing profitability.

The Ideal Candidate:

§Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
§Confident with a pleasant disposition and well groomed
§Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts
§Previous relevant experience in Food & Beverage service and MICROS knowledge is an advantage
