 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to the property management, engineering, security, housekeeping and landscaping teams
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the property, ensuring that the building remains in good and functioning condition as it ages.
• Responsible for the delivery of exceptional, professional and timely service to tenants.
• Attend to feedback in a timely and professional manner during Tenant’s stay
• Build strong tenant relationship through regular communications, activities and prompt
response.
• Work with marketing, engineering, contractors, tenants and agents to ensure timely handing over and taking over of units.
• Work together with engineering to ensure that units are prepared for check-in according to corporate handover standards and tenant requests (as per TI)
• Ensure that handover back from tenants is in a timely manner, according to their contractual obligations by providing tenant with comprehensive pre-checkout information of what to expect for checking out and what tenant needs to do before expiry date.
• Ensure vacant units are quickly turned over according to corporate standard timeline
• Ensure vacant units are kept in good condition for both viewing and immediate check ins (if any)
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including daily inspection of common areas and facilities to ensure high standards are kept
• Managing of term contractors, vendors and other service providers to maintain the property quality and exclusivityTo prepare annual budgets and also to monitor actual expenses against approved budgets;
? Work together with Engineering to review and propose CAPEX items required for the upkeep of the building
? Management of CAPEX projects to ensure they are completed within budget, time and quality;
? Coordinate closely with Engineering and Projects Team on major refurbishment works and also serve as a communication bridge between the mentioned team and the tenants;
? Any other duties assigned by the GM and VP PM (ORC).
